Privacy policy

The short version

Your CV and contact details belong to you. We share your profile with a company only with your consent, we never sell your data, and we never charge you a fee. You can ask us to show, fix or delete what we hold about you at any time.

What we collect

• Students: name, contact details, education history, transcripts, skills, CV, references and availability — the information you give us to be matched.
• Companies: company name, contact person, and the attachment posts you want filled.

How we use it

• To match students to attachment posts on skills.
• To introduce a student to a company — only after the student consents to that specific introduction. Until then, companies see skills-first profiles without contact details.
• To verify school claims and transcripts where documents are provided.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• Publish your contact details.
• Share your profile with a company you have not consented to.
• Charge students or companies a placement fee.

Your rights

Under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07], you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw a consent you gave earlier, or ask us to delete your data entirely. One message does it — see below. We aim to answer within 7 days.

Storage & retention

Data is stored with established cloud providers using encrypted connections, and access is limited to the founder. If your account is inactive or you ask to leave, your personal data is deleted.
